There are differences for all three airlines, so our techniques at coaching you will be different depending on which of the airlines you are going for.

Our coaching is conducted is as follows:

1. Give you tips on what the recruiters look for.

2. Tips on how to improve your performance.

4. We give you tips on how to answer difficult behavioural questions.

5. We strip down your CV and ask you questions during the role play on your suitability, team work, customer service as well as service recovery.

6. We tell you how you have performed and give you tips on how you can improve your performance (covers body language -non verbal as well as verbal)
