CV Review for Customer Services Agents, Call Centre Agents & Ground Services at Qatar Airways

Qatar Airways regularly searches for talented individuals to join their award winning team as customer service agents or Call Centre Agents in different countries which Qatar Airways operate.

As a Qatar Customer Service Agent, you are expected to provide excellent customer service to Qatar Airways customers through telephone, emails and fax and optimize passenger satisfaction. Your main duties will be making new reservations; changes to existing reservations; quoting the correct fares, rules of carriage; issuance / re-issuance of tickets; and processing any refunds, in voice process.

While in non- voice, make new reservations / amend existing reservations for Frequent Flyer Program (FFP) members and deduct the corresponding Q-miles from the back – office system. Also responding to member’s queries though email and service requests that they create from individual FFP accounts.

Their minimum requirements for candidates applying for Customer Service Agents and Call Centre Agents are:

  • You must be interactive, customer service oriented person with warm, cheerful and expressive personality and excellent communication skills in English & the language of the country.

  • You must be high school qualified however a bachelor's degree would be preferred.

  • Priority given if you have experience working for an international contact Centre.

  • Strong sense of customer satisfaction through responding to customer inquiries and offering the best solutions means that you are the right person that Qatar Airways are looking for.

For Ground Services, you must have IATA or Airline Certificate and 5 years experience in an Airline or Ground Handling Agency as Ground Staff involved in passenger handling and Ground operations is required.
