HOW TO IMPRESS THE EMIRATES RECRUITER AT THE ASSESSMENT DAY GROUP EXERCISES

You will be allocated to groups of 7 to 8 people and given different scenarios and the recruiter will go round making observations and taking notes. Stay confident, do not be arrogant or dominate the group sessions, Being too quiet is just as bad but a little better than taking-over the discussion.

If you have difficulty clearing the group exercises, we suggest you take up our practice zoom session where we will train you one-to-one the thought process, how and when to contribute, what NOT TO SAY, when to put your important point across, how to influence the rest of the group. If asked to be a team leader, we will also coach you on how to perform this presentation well.
