The Long Form stage of the Emirates cabin crew recruitment process. This is a stage that some have failed as this is fully screened and shortlisted by ATS

After the Hirevue digital video interview process at Emirates, you receive a letter / email from Emirates informing you that you have been shortlisted and they now would like you to complete the Long Form and a link is provided in the email.This Long Form takes you to the Emirates Taleo Recruitment System.

Please take great care when completing this online form. Any errors made here is critical and would mean you will not get shortlisted for the Final Interview.

Some tips that may be useful for all of you at this stage of the Emirates recruitment process.

  1. Always have your CV by your side.

  2. Complete the online application form and ensure the facts and the dates of employment are consistent with that provided by you in your CV.

  3. Remember to use keywords and active verbs to get you a high score.

  4. Ensure you explain all gaps in your employment with strong reasons. Gaps in CV are always looked at in detail to ensure they are sensible and believable.

  5. Check the employment dates.

  6. Provide adequate reasons for leaving. The reasons must be valid and I suggest good use of active verbs and keywords - this will help your ATS score.

  7. This is also the time to make marginal improvements to your CV if you have new keywords introduced in the online application form.

  8. Scan all attachments required in pdf format and ensure they are readable.

  9. All photos attached must be in jpeg format whereas documents must always be in pdf format.

  10. The Image diagram showing scars, birthmarks and tattoos should also be marked, signed and dated and re-scanned in pdf format.

  11. Answer all essential questions.

  12. Ensure your COVID certificate that you will be uploading contains the most recent QR Code.

  13. Load all photos at this stage with new images taken in the last few weeks. Remember that the image files contain EXIF information and the recruiter will be able to tell when they were taken. If you need to take new pictures, we offer a very reasonable priced photo editing service. You send us a half length and a full length image taken anywhere outdoors, and we will add a white backdrop for you.

  14. Check all documents and the online form at least 3 times, look for grammatical and spelling errors before submitting the Long form back to Emirates.

  15.
